What people use it for
- An architecture review before you build the thing, when changing course is still cheap
- A sanity check on an AWS commitment before you sign a year of it
- A second opinion on an agency's proposal (I'll tell you if it's fair. Sometimes it is)
- Vendor and tooling decisions where every option has a persuasive sales deck
- Help hiring your first infrastructure engineer: writing the ad, screening, sitting in on interviews
- An hour of "is this normal?" for a technical founder carrying the whole platform alone
How it works
Book a call, or send the question with enough context and I'll come back in writing. Some clients keep a small monthly block of hours; most just call when something comes up. There's no minimum and I don't upsell. If your question genuinely needs a project, I'll say so, and if it needs an hour, it gets an hour.
